Shipping & Returns

 

Our estimated ground shipping charges are for the continental U.S. and are as follows (items are shipped USPS first class or Parcel, UPS ground, or by Fedex ground delivery): Transit time for ground shipping is 3-6 business days.  Some of our items are drop-shipped which means you may receive 2-3 packages for one order.  The shipping cost to you is the same.

Some of our items are heavier, oversized, or for varying reasons carry additional shipping fees which will show up in the shopping cart.  

We also offer expedited (2-3 day) and express (1-3 day) shipping - charges will be stated in the shopping cart. These shipping times are after our processing time which can vary by product.  It can be anywhere from 2-10 business days for items that are made to order.

Our expedited shipping option ships via USPS priority mail - this shipping option is not available for all our products (specifically items that are drop shipped - not all our vendors offer priority mail shipping). If you choose this option and it is not available, we will contact you. The express option may ship via usps, fedex or ups, with either overnight or 2-3 day express options depending on your time frame. Express charges are estimates. If additional shipping charges are necessary, we will contact you.

Rush Orders / Expedited Shipping Options: We will try to accommodate all rush requests whenever possible. If your rushed order requires overnight or expedited shipping, we charge actual shipping charges plus a small handling fee. We will contact you with your new shipping charge prior to shipping your product. We will contact you by sending you an updated invoice via email or by phone if possible. In the event that the email address you provide is incorrect and we cannot contact you by phone, we will adjust your total and ship your order only if your new shipping charge doesn't increase the amount of your original shipping charge by more than 50%.

We can ship UPS, USPS, or Fedex Express.  We will work with your time frame to try to get the best shipping rates for you.  This is why we don't quote express shipping charges until we know what you need to order.

Shipping outside continental US and International Orders:

Orders shipped outside the continental US will have actual shipping charges plus a small handling charge added to the order. If this amount increases your shipping costs by 50% or more, we will contact you with these amounts for your approval before processing your order.

Some shipments to Canada will have additional shipping fees.  We will try contact you to inform you of these additional fees.  If we cannot contact you, the above policy applies.  If shipping is increased by more than 50% your order will be delayed until we can contact you.

Shipping times provided for International orders can vary. Items can be detained at customs. This is something beyond our control, please order with plenty of time.  There may also be customs fees that are also beyond our control.


Items with free shipping. Some of our items have free shipping. You will see this information in the item's page. "Free shipping" items are shipped via fedex ground delivery which usually delivers in 3-6 business days. They don't deliver on Saturdays. If you would like to upgrade the shipping method, let us know and we will contact you with your shipping costs.

Returns:

We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. If you contact us within 7 days of receipt of your items we can accept returns on most products upon approval (a restocking fee may apply).  We have listed our return policies below.  Please contact us if you have any questions, we will try to work something out whenever possible.

Items that are personalized cannot be returned unless we made an error.

Items containing candy cannot be returned.

Items made to order, or customized cannot be returned (this includes soap and many favors).

We cannot accept returns on bath and body products.

Absolutely no returns after the event date.

Shipping charges on returned items: Shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. The cost to ship the item back is the customer's responsibility. You must contact us prior to making your return.
