Shipping: Most of our items are custom made, we will make them when you order them. Please keep this in mind when placing your order to make sure you have your items in time for your event. Most items ship in 3-7 business days. Some items may take a little longer, this will be stated on the item page. Please contact us if you have any questions. We will be glad to accommodate a rush request if possible, extra shipping charges may apply.

Our ground shipping charges are for the continental U.S. and Canada and they are as follows (items are shipped USPS priority mail, UPS ground, or by Fedex ground delivery):

Shipping outside continental US and International Orders:  Orders shipped outside the continental US will have actual shipping charges plus a small handling charge added to the order. If this amount increases your shipping costs by 50% or more, we will contact you with these amounts for your approval before processing your order.

Shipping times provided for International orders can vary.  Items can be detained at customs.  This is something beyond our control, please order with plenty of time.

Rush Orders: We will try to accommodate all rush requests whenever possible. If your rushed order requires overnight or expedited shipping, we charge actual shipping charges plus a small handling fee. We will contact you with your new shipping charge prior to shipping your product. We will contact you by sending you an updated invoice via email or by phone if possible. In the event that the email address you provide is incorrect and we cannot contact you by phone, we will adjust your total and ship your order only if your new shipping charge doesn't increase the amount of your original shipping charge by more than 50%.

Items with free shipping. Some of our items have free shipping. You will see this information in the item's page. "Free shipping" items are shipped via fedex ground delivery which usually delivers in 3-5 business days. They don't deliver on Saturdays. If you would like to upgrade the shipping method, let us know and we will contact you with your shipping costs.

 

Returns: We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. If you contact us within 7 days of receipt of your items we can accept returns upon approval (a restocking fee may apply).

Shipping charges on returned items: Shipping charges will not be returned.  The cost to ship the item back is the customer's responsibility. You must contact us prior to making your return.

Absolutely no returns on custom or personalized products (this includes items that are made to order including soaps & shower favors) or after event date.   We cannot accept returns on bath and body products. 
 

Children: Part of the reason we do what we do is because we love children. However, most of our items (especially party favors) are not intended for children, so please don't let children handle them. They have small parts that can be a choking hazard and some items have pins that can obviously hurt children.

Our soaps are not intended for small children (under 2) or babies. Always check with your pediatrician if you intend to use our soaps for children under 2.

Soap Information: We use various soap bases to make our soap favors. To the ingredients listed below we add colorants, and fragrance. If you need to know the ingredients of a particular soap, please contact us.

Clear glycerin soap base: Purified Water , Glycerin, Sodium Stearate, Sorbitol, Propylene Glycol, Sodium Laureth Sulphate (SLES), Stearic Acid, Lauric Acid, Sodium Chloride

White glycerin soap base: Purified Water , Glycerin, Sodium Stearate, Sorbitol, Propylene Glycol, Sodium Laureth Sulphate (SLES), Stearic Acid, Lauric Acid, Sodium Chloride, Titanium Dioxide

Goat's Milk Soap base: Purified Water, Glycerin, Sodium Stearate, Sorbitol, Goat's Milk, Propylene Glycol, Sodium Laureth Sulphate (SLES), Stearic Acid, Lauric Acid, Sodium Chloride

Suspension soap base: Purified Water, Propylene Glycol, Sodium Stearate, Glycerin, Sucrose, Sodium Laurate, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Sorbitol, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Silica, Sodium Chloride, Stearic Acid, Lauric Acid, Methylchloroisothiazoline, Methylisothiazoline, Magnesium Chloride & Magnesium Nitrate
